Just a very quick midnight update for you guys! I had my graduation this evening and it was amazing! I just can't stop smiling, my jaws are starting to hurt! I have mixed feelings; first of all, I am incredibly happy that I have graduated after six years of high school and that I can start an independent student life starting off with my Australia trip. However, I am also sad, because I have made so many friends in high school, who are all going their seperate ways to lead their own lives. I hope to still see them of course in the future, but it will be different nonetheless. I am going out tonight to celebrate this special occasion with my whole year for the last time, and then I will be on the plane to Australia tomorrow at 15.30. I will try to post more graduation photos soon and of course I want to keep you updated about my Australia trip, but it all depends on the amount of time I will have in Australia to go on the internet. Ik heb precies dat zelfde gevoel als die jij omschrijft over het behalen van mijn diploma. Ook al was het voor mij iets anders omdat ik alleen het laatste jaar bij die groep zat (ivm met de wisseling van 4vwo na de zomer naar 5havo en nu dan mijn havodiploma gehaald) maar toch voelt het wel zo.

Hmmm nog gefeliciteerd. De foto is echt heel erg mooi. Op dit moment (bijna beginnend aan mijn vierde en nog-lang-niet laatste schooljaar) wil ik er zo snel mogelijk vanaf gaan, vooral als ik denk dat ik nog tot mijn 18de (!) moet. Maar aan de andere kant begrijp ik jou ook heel goed, ik ben, hoewel het school blijft, toch verbonden met mijn school en ik vind hem (afgezien van de normale school-stress) eigenlijk fantastisch!
ReplyDeleteMaar ik weet zeker dat de vrienden die écht je vrienden zijn, zeker je vrienden blijven en jullie er veel aan zullen doen elkaar toch nog te kunnen zien. En Australië is een fantastisch avontuur: alvast veel plezier! Hopelijk horen we af en toe iets van je.
Wat een mooie foto. Toen ik mijn diploma 2 jaar geleden haalde had ik die gevoelens ook, erg jammer. Maar ik heb het nog nog veel en veel leuker op mijn nieuwe school en opleiding. Heel veel plezier in Australië! xxx
